Defects

Had a chance to take a quick inspection on the new Myvi reveals a few factory defects:

1. The gap between the trunk lid and the bumper is inconsistent with left side being larger than right side.
2. The driver door is hard to close.
3. Dashboard buttons (for hazard light and air-cond) are misaligned with the dashboard cover (what a shame!).
4. Slight condensation in both of the headlamps.
5. Minor road tar splash on front bumper, wheel fender and bonnet.
6. Mild water spots on front and side glasses.
7. Scratched wiper stalk.

The paintwork is in good condition (no DISO) besides the road tar splash. I will need to apply M6000 wax & grease remover before applying the Fusso Coat onto it. The windscreen water spots were removed easily with Autoglym Glass Polish.

Overall, I'm quite satisfied with this car but its quality is still far from Honda and Toyota, including the price. :)
